BoPo and Yoga (A Long-Awaited Conclusion to a Self-Love Series)

Hi, poser friends! 

Well, I've finally figured out how to convert the audio files I had hanging out on my phone and upload not only part two, but also part three of my series on self-love, body positivity, and yoga. I decided to record parts two and three together and post here in the form of a podcast, not only because of the massive delay in content, but also to keep things lively. I have A LOT to say about self-love and my experiences with body positivity, both as a movement and an actual state of mind, so I thought that by chatting and posting the audio, it would feel much more like a conversation between friends than a novel that some procrastinating yogi finally decided to post!

Anyhow, if you recall, the intro to this series cover my past experiences with body image and disordered eating. Parts two and three kick off from there, at a point where I was in my late-mid-twenties and freshly engaged to my now-husband.
